ScooterOps Service – Specifically “Repairs” and “Maintenance” of E-Scooters are as follows:

Scooter Operations (of Phoenix, AZ) can fix and quote ANY broken mechanical or electrical failure on ANY E-Scooter, HOWEVER, we do not know how and cannot fix everything all of the time. Depending on the specifics of your “Repairs Request” can we tell you how long it will take to fix and how much it will cost. TYPICALLY, we ask that you issue the broken e-scooter to us for a three week “Repair Period.” When we give the e-scooter back to you after three weeks it will be fully serviced, BUT we cannot completely guarantee that we can fix it because again we do not know how to fix everything on any E-Scooter all of the time.

Now, again, we can service any e-scooter, but we currently SPECIALIZE in Repairing flat tires on all models and anything else on the below models:

• GoTrax – All Models, especially GXL V1 and V2, and G4
• Turboant – All Models, especially X7 Pro

Please check back on this list periodically; as our expertise in Repairs grows, our list of models that we can fix effectively and efficiently grows.

This means that if you own one of the models listed above and it is broken then there is a high chance that ScooterOps can fix it in a three week “Repair Period.” Our rates for this service are as follows, you pay for parts that we order and our maintenance and installation fee. Typically both fees together range between $50 and $175 dollars depending on the break.

It is also notable that we may consult you into purchasing or even issue you an e-scooter of refurbished quality to substitute the break. For instance, we had a recent client whose scooter “wouldn’t turn on…” Sadly her E-Scooter had to go to the E-Scooter Vet (if you are picking up what we are putting down.) We ended up issuing her a refurbished e scooter (The same model) and we salvaged her scooter for parts. Please consider this rule of thumb. If you have owned a $400 e-scooter for 3 years then it has more than served you.
